Sorry about the lack of updates. The house we are staying at has wi-fi, but unfortunately, the owner of the house is out of town this week, and he left without giving us the network password :-(.
So far week, the #2 most-often-asked question is: "Teacher George, when will we get wi-fi?" (the #1 most-often-asked question is: "Teacher George, can I go to the bathroom?" Haha).
The kids have been eagerly waiting to update their blogs. They've had LOTS of adventures so far, so I'm sure they will have many things to share with you. For some strange reason, my poor old computer was the only one able to snatch a neighboring wi-fi signal, which is why I was able to check email and update the blog yesterday. However, 18 kids + one old computer is not a good situation, and so I haven't let the kids use my computer to update their blogs (there's just too much important information on my computer to take the risk of having so many kids pounding away on it).
Fortunately, I since I was able to get a wi-fi signal, I sent off a quick email to the owner of the house and asked him for the network passwords. He just replied, and so now we will have wi-fi!! So right after breakfast tomorrow morning, the kids will be able to log in and update you all on their adventures. Sorry for the delay, but don't worry, the kids are all fine and everyone is having a great time.
Sea and James will be leaving with the Kupskys tomorrow afternoon, so I'll make sure they update before they leave. We've also had a few "pre-visits" by the Brills and Larsons who wanted to get a sneak peek at their Thai guests. So looks like everyone is excited to meet up!
I'm going to attempt to do a couple of proper blog entries (with photos!) before I pass out, but it's 2:30am here, so I'm not sure if I'll finish before I fall asleep. However, tomorrow is a "down-time day" with nothing planned, so we'll have plenty of time to catch you all up on what we've been doing.
Thanks!
Upon review, I realized that there are far too many "so's" in this post. I apologize to my past English teachers :-), please forgive my poor writing-style. I'm too tired to proofread!
